• Customers may request a return within 10 days of delivery, provided that:

• The product is unused and in its original packaging.

• The original purchase invoice is provided.

• Refunds will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.

• All products are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, the details of which are provided with the product or on the invoice.

• ELENA is not responsible for manufacturer defects but will assist in connecting customers with the manufacturer for warranty claims.
