Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery or in-store purchase.

  • The product must be:

    • Unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories intact.

    • Accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse or negligence.

  • Items without original packaging, manuals, or accessories.

  • Installed or used appliances unless found to be dead on arrival (DOA).

  • Items purchased during clearance or final sale promotions.

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • If the requested replacement product is not available, a refund or store credit will be provided instead.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order details.

  • We will arrange for a free replacement or initiate a refund after verification.

Warranty Claims

  • All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

  • Warranty claims should be raised directly with the manufacturer or authorized service center.

  • ELENA will assist in coordinating with the manufacturer where possible.
