Refund Policy
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery or in-store purchase.
The product must be:
Unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories intact.
Accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Products damaged due to customer misuse or negligence.
Items without original packaging, manuals, or accessories.
Installed or used appliances unless found to be dead on arrival (DOA).
Items purchased during clearance or final sale promotions.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If the requested replacement product is not available, a refund or store credit will be provided instead.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order details.
We will arrange for a free replacement or initiate a refund after verification.
Warranty Claims

All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

Warranty claims should be raised directly with the manufacturer or authorized service center.
